SogoTrade Review
Based in NYC, SogoTrade is one of the cheapest discount online brokerage companies in 2012. Its commission is
just $3 per trade on stocks and $15 per transaction on no-load mutual funds. Minimum to open cash account is only $500.
Unfortunately, SogoTrade is also known to have some of the worst trading tools among brokerage firms, with frequent technical
issues, slow order executions and, even worse, inability to enter orders at some times. Some customers report account balance
discrepancies.
Cheap executions come with another disadvantage: understaffed, hard to contact and get quality response customer service.
Customers don't have access to extended hours trading with regular SogoTrade account. Penny stock transactions are extremely
expensive.
