Largest brokerage firms (online stock broker companies)
TD Ameritrade, E*trade and Scottrade are three biggest online brokerage houses in US (probably Charles Schwab too). They have millions
of customers and offer a wide range of accounts, starting with active traders accounts and all the way to various retirement accounts.
TD Ameritrade and E*trade are, obviosly, much more expensive than Scottrade. They are also publicly traded companies.
